All of us who grew up as children and lived as adults in Christian churches have heard thousands of times “Christ ended the need to keep God’s Law because he did it for us”.
That lie is repeated over and over again millions, billions, easily trillions of times reinforcing to believers the idea they do not have to keep The Law of God as defined in the so-called “old testament” because God’s Son came and was the first person ever to keep His Father’s Law perfectly so now we do not have to keep it, or at least we do not have to keep all of it.
Romans 10:4 has probably been wrongly used to keep the people from a true relationship with God more than any other verse in translated languages, particularly English.
If only churches taught simple Greek and Hebrew to their people, the people would know these “Christ did it we don’t have to do it” attitudes are FALSE.
A simple examination of the Greek where “law” is used reveals very distinct and DIFFERENT uses of the term in the Greek language even though it is the same, exact word being used.
Over and over again, we see in the Greek “in the” and “of the” or “the” being inserted into the translation when it does not exist in the Greek language.
Perhaps bible translators thought they were making the passage easier to read?
Perhaps bible translators were intentionally inserting non-existent words in the translation that suited their theology?
I do not know which is the reason for their mistake but the mistake is there!
When we look carefully in verse after verse after verse where YHVH God’s Law is obviously being talked about it has the “THE” in the Greek language before the Greek word for law, nomos.
When we look carefully in the the Greek in verse after verse after verse where “the law” is being talk about negatively it NEVER has the word “THE” in the text preceding “law”.
So ask yourself “how could Bible translators miss this?”
The Pharisee’s and Priest’s in control of the Temple in Jerusalem and in control of the synagogues had the people conned into believing their version of “oral torah” today known as Talmudic Judaism was the only way they could live in order to receive the blessing of YHVH God in this life and eternal life afterwards. They had conned the people into accepting this handed down, word of the mouths of Rabbis, more so than simply obeying YHVH God’s written LAW He gave to their ancestors.
So in effect, these Pharisee’s and Priest’s enjoyed great power and control over all the people and were leading all the people down a path into obeying false rules and regulations that amounted to adding to and taking away from YHVH God’s Law.
A simple example of this is requiring people not to make more than 2 marks on a piece of paper on the Sabbath or today requiring they pre tear toliet paper before the Sabbath because they say doing such things amounts to doing work on the Sabbath. Never mind that no such thing exists in YHVH God’s written Word. These Charlatans had deceived the people into believing they had to do these minute details or they would suffer curses in this life and not receive eternal life.
These cheats forced the people into false obedience, not obedience to YHVH God, but into obedience to mere men and their false ways.
Many times in Matthew through John we see Yeshua speaking against the Pharisee’s, Priest’s, and Scribes about their false ways, their traditions, and customs of their fathers. Yeshua is NOT making reference to YHVH God’s Commandments, NO. Yeshua is accusing them of causing the violation of YHVH God’s Commandments by their false customs and ways:
Matthew 15
15 Then the scribes and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem came to Jesus, saying, 2 “Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.”
3 He answered and said to them, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, ‘Honor your father and your mother’; and, ‘He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.’ 5 But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God”— 6 then he need not honor his father or mother.’ Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition. 7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying:
8 ‘These people draw near to Me with their mouth,
And honor Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.
9 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ”
Everything is laid out perfectly, right there in front of you, to see!
This is exactly what THE PEOPLE saw as Yeshua confronted the liars who were deceiving them with false rules and regulations.
When the people saw this they received revelation from Yeshua and His Father YHVH that the people were being cheated out of the true relationship with God by these religious impostors!
Well, the same exact thing in going on today in almost all Christian churches across the world.
In Christianity, the people are told to ignore YHVH God’s Law even though Yeshua and Paul, and all the disciples and Apostles spoke very highly of God’s Law.
Romans 7:12 Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good.
Now look at Romans 7:12 in the Greek!

Yeshua went to all the people and the people were not going to have anything more to do with their false leader’s slavery ever again!
After Yeshua’s resurrection, they went out and changed the world, always keeping YHVH God’s Law and His Sabbath the way He says to DO in the written scriptures!
If you are not keeping YHVH God’s 7th Day Sabbath and upholding all God’s Law will you continue to stay in the church you are in and be a slave to false Christian theology or will you get right with YHVH God and reform your church or leave it if they will not listen?
Don’t let them cheat you out of the true relationship with YHVH God and His Son!
