Those who overcome are those who DO.
Faith is about deciding who to OBEY, which justifies you…
Then OBEYING, which sanctifies you…
In the book of Revelation, we read those who overcome both keep the Commandments of YHVH God the Father and they have the faith OF His Son Yeshua (Jesus).
They do not merely have faith in Yeshua!
They have the faith OF Yeshua…
They claimed his faith for themselves.
They lived his faith for themselves.
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua did not murder therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua did not steal therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua did not covet therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua honored his father and mother therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua did not commit adultery therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua did not worship idols therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua loved his Father in Heaven therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua loved his neighbor therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua loved his enemies therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua kept The Sabbath therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua kept The Feasts of YHVH therefore I get into heaven…”
They do not go around saying “because Yeshua kept ALL THE LAW therefore I get into heaven…”
NO.
NO, NO, NO, NO, NO…
Those who are OF the faith of Yeshua lay hold of that faith and live it for themselves.
Those who are OF the faith of Yeshua do not stand afar off and say “thank god he did it for me so I do not have to do it…”
Those people are not OF the faith OF Yeshua!
What is the faith OF Yeshua (Jesus)?
Following, obeying, and loving EVERYTHING His Father commanded him and DOing it.
That is what THE FAITH written about in the Bible IS.
And that faith written about in the Bible is NOWHERE described as anything other than keeping the Commandments of YHVH God the Father who in the beginning CREATED the 7th Day HOLY and gave The Sabbath to man as a gift to be remembered and KEPT HOLY in order to have His SIGN.
True believers LAY HOLD of the faith OF Yeshua and DO IT!!!
