Greek and Hebrew word studies are a beautiful thing!
Galatians 3:24 has been greatly misunderstood. Follow the progression closely…
1. Eliminate “to bring us” because it does not exist in the Greek.
2. Change was-G1096 to is-G1096 because other verses show us IS is used for the very same exact Greek word. They got the tense wrong.
3. Change Christ to Messiah because the very idea of Christ comes from Messiah and Messiah comes from the Hebrew in Daniel 9.
4. Change Messiah to Anointing because that is what Messiah represents i.e. YHVH’s Anointing otherwise he could not be Messiah.
Galatians 3:24 Therefore The Law IS our tutor to Anointing, that we might be justified by faith.
That is the whole point of The Law in the “old testament” to create an anointed, set apart People, for YHVH.
And that is what is exclaimed in Revelation and is the whole point of the 24 elders and 4 living creatures:
Revelation 5:10 And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth.
Shame upon those theologians and those who follow theologians who would compromise holiness and sanctity of YHVH’s People and cause them to live in sin when Hebrews is crystal clear His “old testament” Saints KEPT His Law, Joshua 24:31
If you want to make sure you do not become a King/Priest of YHVH God then make sure you follow Christian theology and not keep The Law of YHVH which is what He put in His Son.
Shalom!
PS… Geeeeeee, do ya think the Apostle knew what he was talking about…?
James 2:24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.
